Where to stay was a big part of the discussion surrounding the trip. We were invited to stay with a friend of mine (Svetla & Brandon Craig) who live just outside of the city. They were gracious hosts to let 2 tired old guys crash in their living room. It was nice to catch up with them. Congratulations go out also, since they just found out they are expecting their second child!
In Chicago we are staying at a hostel in the city, but other than that, we will be finding hotels along the way. I'm sure their will be stories to tell about that...starting tomorrow for sure!
